HILLSIDE HOUSE This new, custom built home has sleeping accommodations for 8 and is set on pristine acres convenient to Cape Cod beaches, ponds, shopping and sights. Hillside House requires a signed lease and refundable $400 security deposit. A 50% deposit is required with the signed lease and the balance and security deposit are due prior to occupancy, as per lease. Please contact us regarding cancellation policies. Amenities include: full kitchen, TV-VCR, lovely views throughout,ac, WIFI, private deck, use of larger main deck and grounds as well as heated swimming pool. Sleeps up to three (3), 8 years or older. General Information Guests may enjoy the use of a 20 x 40' heated pool Memorial Day weekend through the third week of September, extensive grounds and gardens. Wireless Internet Connection is available. Minimum stay: Poolside Cottage and Hillside House require one week rental or more. Deposit requirements: Rentals are not confirmed until the deposit and lease (if required) is received. Deposits may be made by personal check or bank check. Check-in time 3:00 p.m.: You will be asked to give an approximate arrival time. We ask that you contact us if your arrival time changes by more than one hour. Check-out time 10:00 a.m. Children: 8 or older are welcomed in Poolside Cottage. Hillside house is appropriate for guests of all ages. Pets: Spencer, our entertaining Shih-Tzu Poo asks that you leave your pets at home, or we can recommend a boarding kennel. Smoking: In accordance with state regulations, smoking is not permitted inside rentals.We also request that there be no smoking near open air common areas, such as the pool.
